This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 90s platform by users in Malaysia. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or using 90s services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by 90s, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 90s platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 90s as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
The 90s platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 90s services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a reachable phone number. 90s reserves the right to verify user identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 90s support team immediately at [email protected].
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Use a strong and unique password for your 90s account
- Log out from public devices after every session
- Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All 90s users are required to use the platform in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
- Using automated software, bots, or any technology to exploit the platform's systems
- Transferring or sharing your account with another party
- Engaging in any form of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the betting system
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
- Disrupting or interfering with platform operations through any technical means
90s reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms. Where a violation is established, 90s may take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account, forfeiting any account balance linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. 90s does not provide legal advice on the status of online gambling in any jurisdiction.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 90s platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as bank transfers. 90s is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the completion of full user identity verification. 90s reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while any investigation into suspicious transactions is ongoing. Any attempt to withdraw funds linked to fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Users may not transfer their account balance to another user without prior written consent from 90s. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
90s Limitation of Liability
90s is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting decisions. The platform is provided "as is" and 90s does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical downtime at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 90s platform — including logos, text, graphics, software code, and interface design — is the property of 90s or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 90s.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
90s reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for any of the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, failed identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any account balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 90s support team. Any valid account balance will be returned once all verification requirements have been met and there are no transactions currently under investigation.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
90s reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
